The COVID-19 pandemic took uncertainty to an entirely new level, for all of us. After working in corporate America for 12 years, I lost my job. One of the hardest and most uncomfortable times led me back to the pursuit of my childhood passion and long-time side hustle - cooking. 

 

Here we are, teaching pasta making classes to families, serving elaborate dinners to the Pierre Frey group, and sharing cuisines I have learned all over the world, in kitchens all over the Atlanta area.
